How RepairFixxo work

We provides doorstep solution where in our field technician will visit and resolve your device issues. To Book an Appointment, you need to visit our website www.onsitesolution. You can place doorstep request on our website itself. Our executive will call you back and confirm the order with expected time & prefer location of servicing.

What is the working hours?

We work 7 days a week between 10 am to 6 pm.

Does you provide repair warranty?

We provides upto six months of warranty on the parts replaced. The warranty doesnot cover in case of physical damage,water damage, blank screen, lining on screen, any internal hardware damage, battery swelling.

How can claim the warranty on the parts replaced by you?

If you are having issues with replaced parts, you need to email us at support@repairfixxo.com. We will arrange the needful as soon as possible.

Is there any extra charges to claim the warranty on the parts repaired by you?

If the problem in the replaced part is informed within 24 hours after replacement then no extra charges will applicable. If the problem is reported after that we will arrange revisit and Rs.499 will be applicable as technician visit charge.
